Excessive Sweating Advice

By

Excessive sweating hardly goes unnoticed.

We all have seen someone with this problem and felt some compassion for them.

If you suffer from excessive sweating, you know it can be a life altering extremely controlling condition over your life decisions about where to go, when and with whom.

Excessive sweating isn’t really well understood.  There are some common sense causes that can be readily modified in a person’s life such as not consuming excess alcohol or caffeine, but for the most part the jury is still out from a purely scientific standpoint.

While there are a variety of treatments available, many people with the issue don’t take the time to seek a remedy out.  Others look for more natural approaches that may make a difference.

Sweating excessively is defined as someone that sweats more than is needed to regulate the body’s own cooling system.  The condition is called hyperhidrosis and its symptoms manifest as excessive sweating of the hands, excessive feet sweating, sweaty armpits or sweating on the head, face and neck.

Scientists say that the sweat glands for people with this condition are usually quite normal in their number and size.  There’s just something that triggers the body sweat generally or specifically in certain locations and it is known that substances can create or enhance these triggers.

In our cases we cleaned up our diet, drank loads of fresh water, stayed away from stimulants like coffee and tea and did many more things that’s too lengthy to describe here, but for us the change was dramatic.

While everyone is built differently and will have different responses to any changes, I’m confident with the right knowledge, actions and trial and error an all natural approach can substantially alter your excessive sweating condition as it has for many people that have suffered from it in the past.
